Split your 3V1A power rail for our SCMC street lights from 1 rail into 16 rails, spread out in groups of 4 rails around your layout. Move the power closer to your 3v LED street lights light creating a network of 3v1A parallel rails. Any combination of one Positive and one Negative terminal will create a 3v1A connection so multiple lights can be added to any +/- endpoint.
